Buyers are requested to effect the ownership change with the concerned RTO
within 15 days from date of purchase

Sellers are also requested to intimate concerned RTO about the sale of vehicle

Buyers have to produce proof of residence at the time of taking delivery of vehicle

The buyer only will be responsible for all police,finance, insurance, RTO
related cases from date of delivery

Sellers are advised to make all relevent documents uptodate at the time of
delivery of vehicle and opt for onetime settlement

If the buyer & seller have mutually agreed for a part payment /credit
we @ cartrade are in anyway responsible for delay in payment or non payment from the buyer

In the case of vehicle having finance endorsed in the RC the buyer is
requested to go to the nearest branch of finance company along with
the seller and make himself sure of exact amount to be paid to them

In the above case the buyer should make full payment only when the seller produces
NOC from financier

All road tax arrears till the date of sale is to be borne by the seller

Buyers are requested to testdrive the vehicle and make theselves satisfied
before proceeding for a deal

Buyers are requested to verify all relevant documents and make theselves satisfied

Kindly note that RTO related works such as hypothication removal, issuing of NOC,
name transfer etc may or maynot get delayed and we @ cartrade are anyway responsible for it

Buyers are requested to make paymnts in cheque or DD or use net payment facilities to avoid
problems related carrying cash, counerfiet currency etc

IT IS ASSUMED THAT ALL BUYERS & SELLERS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
ABOVE AND AGREED FOR THE SAME
